Neighborhood average reports (CMA) offered by so many are useless in realizing your true valuation. Having said that, requesting a valuation is a good starting point. We will contact you to provide an official RPR (Realtors Property Resource) report and determine the value of a home based on property characteristics, home improvements made, and market conditions.
