PRICE IT RIGHT

When you first decide to sell your home, one of the first questions you ask yourself is, “What’s my home even worth?” We’ll share market trends with you and dig deep into the buyer pool. For example, how many buyers are out there? What’s the demand for inventory right now? We’ll look at buyer migration and relocation trends as well. We like to set clear expectations upfront by providing you with a comparison of the price you can expect with your home. We will provide you with both our Three-Stage valuation and an official RPR report of your specific property. Neighborhood average reports (CMA) offered by so many are useless in realizing your true valuation. Having said that, requesting a valuation is a good starting point. We will contact you to provide an official RPR (Realtors Property Resource) report and determine the value of a home based on property characteristics, home improvements made, and market conditions.
